We deliver to 170 countries around the world. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. All orders are shipped with signature delivery only to the billing address that corresponds to the address associated with your payment method and with a maximum insurance of $5000.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer free insured shipping service on all orders without minimum order amounts. 

DELIVERY TIMING

In stock orders will ship within 2 business days.  If the jewelry you ordered is not in stock, the production time will be approximately 2-5 business days after you place your order. If your order is a rush, please email hi [at] watchomy.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order’s production time. Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. Purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Watchomy due to multiple failed delivery attempts.

CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES

Watchomy or watchomy.com are not responsible for customs and duty charges. For all international orders the consumer is responsible for any customs and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We have stock in the US and EU. Most of our watches and jewelry are in stock in the US. You will be informed about which country your order will be shipped from before it ships. It is the customer’s responsibility to research the amount exempt from customs and duty fees. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs. *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEX or USPS before or after your package can be delivered. Watchomy is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.
